** COLD ** RP/ Parent called due to fact that her daughter has been getting into confrontations with student in her class Pencils have been thrown, bullying has been happening. Recently the other student ripped her daughters hair out. RP has talked to both Admin and student's parent but feels nothing is being resolved. Admin is handling, but RP feels that nothing is changing and wanted to press charges. RP was advised of AB 439. It was confirmed with S1 that it needs to be handled administratively due to the age of the students. Constituent services number provided. This is for informational purposes.

RP (MOM) ADVISED THAT HER IS BEING CYBER-BULLIED. HER DAUGHTER HAS RECEIVED THREATS STATING THEY WERE GOING TO BEAT HER UP. SENDING HER DAUGHTER VIDEOS OF OTHER Js WHO WERE INJURED FROM FIGHTS AND STATING THAT IT WOULD ALSO HAPPEN TO HER. RP ADVISED THAT DAUGHTER TOLD SITE 1 ABOUT THE INCIDENT A WEEK AGO BUT IT HAS ONLY GOTTEN WORSE. NOW GETTING THREATS FROM UNKNOWN ACCOUNTS. RP IS CONCEREND FOR HER DAUGHTER'S SAFETY AND WOULD LIKE CONTACT TMRW MORNING.

RP (MOM) CALLS STATING THAT HER DAUGHTER IS BEING BUKKIED BY A BOY AT THE SCHOOL. RP ADVISED THAT [EDIT] SHE WAS CALLED BY THE FRONT OFFICE TO PICK UP HER DAUGHTER BECAUSE HER DAUGHTER WASN'T FEELING WELL. RP ASKED FRONT OFFICE TO ASK IF THERE WAS MORE GOING ON WITH HER DAUGHTER AS IT WAS NOT COMMON FOR HER DAUGHTER TO WANT TO LEAVE SCHOOL EARLY. FRONT OFFICE STAFF DISCOVERED THAT DAUGHTER WAS BEING BULLIED BY A MJ [EDIT] RP ASKED SITE T TO HAVE A MEETING WITH PARENTS TO SOLVE THE SIUTATION BUT SITE 1 STATED THAT THEY WOULD SPEAK WITH THE TWO Js TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. RP ALSO ADVISED THAT THE MJ LATER TEXTED HER DAUGHTER SAYING HE WAS "SORRY" AND WHEN HER DAUGHTER SAID IT WAS "OKAY" THE MJ RESPONDED WITH[EDIT] RP ADVISED SHE THEN CALLED THE MJ'S NUMBER IN ORDER TO SPEAK WITH THE MOM OF THE MJ. RP ADVISED THAT THE MOTHER OF THE MJ YELLED AT HER AND HAD NEGATIVE RESULTS TRYING HANDLE THE ISSUE BETWEEN THE JS. RP ASLO ADVISED THAT THE OTHER PARENT THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE BECAUSE RP WAS THREATENING THE MJ. TO WHICH RP STATED WAS NOT TRUE. RP ADVISED THAT SHE ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT SITE1 [EDIT]AND WAS TOLD THAT SHE WOULD GET A CALL BACK BUT NEVER DID. RP WAS GIVEN THE INCIDENT NUMBER AND THE NUMBER TO CONSTITUENT SERVICES. RP ALSO ADVISED THAT SHE WOULD ATTEMPT TO SPEAK WITH SITE 1 ON MONDAY.
