Incident details:

SO Dispatch advised they had a call from a Hamilton parent involving criminal threats via cell phone- high school students were sending information to the phone that they would be at Hamilton at end of school 15:20. Daughter has been having issues with a student, the school has an action plan to have the fighting students dismissed at opposite sides of the school.Friday there was an incident invoving both parties. Adults and high school students are threating to arrive at site and fight son. Parent has been unable to reach site via phone. Mother is leaving from job to make sure students arrive home safely.

The family believes that the social media is being sent by adult male subject. Per RP the family has reported the incidents to the site, but are not getting any communication regarding the ongoing situation. RP will be at site by 09:15 this morning with parents who are Spanish speaking only. Family is requesting officer contact.

RP REPORTED STU DOES NOT FEEL SAFE AND HAS NOT ATTENDED FOR THE PAST 2 DAYS. THEY HAVE THE MESSAGES AND JUST REPORTED THIS INCIDENT TO THE SITE. MOTHER WILL BE AT THE RESIDENCE W/ HER SON AND REQUESTS A 914 PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. OTHER PARTY ATTENDS AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM AND SITE 1 WILL BE ON SITE UNTIL 1630 HOURS.

RP/ Parent advised that when she arrived to pick up her step daughter who had been involved in an incident earlier with another student. RP stated that she was approached by several other women (3, 4 or 5 as the conversation continued via translator) who threatened to "get her from behind someday". RP advised that she had spoken with Site 1 regarding the incident, and that she contacted DPS as she "walks a lot with her kids and she is afraid they will get her one day" and she wanted us to have it on record. Dispatch spoke with J3 who advised a CAD incident report.
