THERE WAS A 415 ON BUS ROUTE 6 , THEY ARE REQ PD - NO FURTHER INFO GIVEN - PER MR. MCCALL, STUDENTS WERE NOT BEING COMPLIANT, THEY ARE NOW, AND ARE ENRT TO THE OFFICE, MR MCCALL IS WAITING FOR VIDEO FOOTAGE FROM THE BUS - ALICIA WILL CALL BACK IF PD IS NEEDED - PER ALICIA, NURSE IS LOOKING AT A STUDENT DUE TO A SCRATCH ON HIS BODY - I responded to AVHS regarding a fight that took place between two students on the school bus, route. AVHS students and were on the bus they exchanged words and got into an argument over the clothing they were both wearing. made comments to about being new to riding the bus and because she live at her home residence, that does not mean she has been riding the same bus as him. [redacted] stated struck him in the face with an open hand approximately two time, and then scratched him on the neck and chest. Prior to being scratched, said he acted like he was grabbing ear to pull her earring. said she accidently knocked glasses off of his face and was then pushed by and that is when she lost her balance; reaching out and accidently scratched has a scratch on his neck down to his chest and was bleeding. states her right ear is split open because grabbed her earring trying to pull it off. did say her ear was already split, but not all the way. AVHS athletic trainer was called to look at the injuries on both and No medical aid needed.

Incident details:

[redacted] was brought to building A-6 by campus security for suspicion of having a vape/wax pen on her person. [redacted] was searched by a female campus security officer and nothing was located. Campus security used a search wand on [redacted]. The wand beeped when in the area of vaginal area. I spoke with explaining to her she was not in trouble and if she has anything in her vaginal area, and breaks, it could cause her health issues or could be fatal. In the privacy of assistant principal Knox and a female campus security officer, and school nurse; removed a buzz wax pen from her vaginal area. [redacted] old school nurse she want to hurt herself and has attempted to hurt herself in the past. [redacted] has older cuts on her left wrist, and fresh cuts on her right wrist with no blood. School referred incident to school consular and will be contacting CCRT. Wax pen placed into evidence locker number # 9 for destruction at the AVUSD PD.
