Incident details:

STUDENT GUARDIAN IS AT THE SCHOOL, HE ADV'D MR KING THAT HE SPOKE TO AN OFFICER AFTER SCHOOL YESTERDAY. TOLD THE UNCLE, THAT THE BUS DRIVER KICKED OFF THE BUS YESTERDAY, WHEN IN FACT HE LEFT CAMPUS W/A FEMALE STUDENT OVER 18 - UNCLE (GUARDIAN) IS REQ OFFICER TO CALL BACK. HE WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK TO HIM ABOUT IT. - ON 21 W/UNCLE - contacted uncle via 21. he stated last night he contacted the SO to report [redacted] as a runaway. At approx 1800 hours a deputy showed up to take the report and [redacted] showed up shortly after, told the deputy that he was kicked off the school bus down the street from his house and he had to walk home. The uncle did not believe him since school gets out at 1354 hours. Unlee stated he then found out he was with a female student who is 18 and left campus with her. Uncle stated he wanted to press charges on the female. I contacted King to confirm was at school all day and did not get taken out of school by the female. King confirmed was at school all day and he and the other female student left together after school. I explained to uncle it is not a crime to leave after school with another female. Uncle stated he then wanted to press charges for rape. however uncle does not know if they had sexual intercourse, only assumes because they were gone for a while. uncle stated hes had ongoing issues with and the female student. I explained to uncle there is no crime and to contact school regarding attendance issues. King was notified of my conversation with uncle.
