PARENT PICKED HER DAUGHTER UP AND THE V/ LEFT THE HOUSE - DEP ADVISED CONTACTED THE MOTHER OF THE JUVI WHO ADVISED THE JUVI HAS RETURNED HOME. MOTHER IS CODE 4 AND REQUESTS NO FURTHER, MOTHER ADVISED SHE WILL CONTACT BEHAVIORAL HEALTH ON HER OWN

THEY HAVE RECEIVED A REPORT FROM A STUDENT ABOUT A CHILD V/INDEXED CUTTING HERSELF IN THE BATHROOM @ QHS. UNKNOWN WHEN IT HAPPENED, THEY GOT AN ANONYMOUS CALL FROM A STUDENT - C/ HAS BEEN UNABLE TO REACH ANYONE AT THE SCHOOL - ADVISES THEY JUST STARTED WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEY ARE ALSO WORKING WITH THE CHILD, THEY DO NOT NEED A RESPONSE AT THIS TIME.
