HE DID NOT CALL WHEN IT HAPPENED BECAUSE IT HAPPENED ON THE BIKE PATH OFF SCHOOL GROUNDS. - ADVISES HE BELIEVES THERE WAS AN ASSAULT (MUTUAL) HAPPENED ON THE BIKE PATH - S/INDEXED CHARTER SCHOOL STUDENT - DET CONTACTED RP. ADVISED INFO ON FILE ONLY AT THIS TIME. RP REQ A WELFARE CHECK ON JUV S/ INDEXED AND JUV S/ INDEXED AT THEIR RESIDENCE IN VINTON DUE TO THE FACT THEY ARE NOT BEING SUPERVISED BY THEIR PARENT.
