SECURITY GUARD AT HIGHLANDS COMMUNITY CHARTER SCHOOL AVS SAW 5 JUVS W/ TOY WATER GUN AND JUVS WERE PLAYING W/ THE WATER GUN AND SHUTTING IT AT EACH OTHER DURING LUNCH BREAK AT THE PICNIC BENCH IFO GHS .. BAGGY JEANS .. JUV PUT THE WATER GUN AWAY WHEN THE BELL RANG AND WENT TO CLASS .. R/P ADVS ITS AGAINST SCHOOL POLICY TO HAVE TOY GUNS AND JUST WANT TO REPORT THE INCID.
