STUDENT THREATENED TO BRING GUN TO SCHOOL AND SHOOT ANOTHER STUDENT IN THE HEAD - UTL ON (MOM) AND (GRANDFATHER) LIVES WITH BOTH - [redacted] IS CONSIDERED AN INVOLVED PERSON - I was at Sandia Academy when was brought to the front office for telling another student he was going to bring a gun to school and shoot him in the head. When I spoke to he said he said he was going to shoot in the head. [redacted] said he was just joking and he is friends with was crying and understood that he should not tell people he is going to shoot someone in the head. I spoke with in the front office and he told me and him are said they were in class and said he was going to stab him with a piece of paper her had in his hand. [redacted] told he was going to stab him back with a pencil, and that's when [redacted] told he was going to shoot him. [redacted] said did not mention anything about bringing firearm to school and shooting him in the head, [redacted] is not in fear for his life or safety. A records check for firearms was conducted by AVUSD PD Dispatch for the mother of [redacted] and nothing was located. The crime of PC 422 - Criminal 26 Threats is unfounded and school to handle incident.
