WAS JUMPED BY 2 OTHER GRADE STUDENTS .. RP WANTED TO PRESS CHARGES AGAINST THE 2 JOV .. RP ADVD SHE BELIEVED THAT SITE I HAD SUSPENDED AT LEAST ONE OF THE (S)'S .. I CALLED RP BACK AND GOT VOICEMAIL .. ADVD THAT DUE TO THE AGES OF ALL THE JUV'S, THAT PER THE STATE LAW WE COULD NOT GET INVOLVED , AND THAT THE SCHOOL ADMIN HAD HANDLED THE INCIDENT.

Incident details:
RP is mom who states her student was battered by another student yesterday. RP states male student pullled braids and punched her in the face. RP understands students cannot be prosecuted due to the age, but she would like an informational report taken. RP also spoke with Site 1 about this as well.
