Incident details:

RP called reporting that student threatened to harm himself. He later retraced what he said and was counseled by the counselor and site 1, handled administratively. Site 1 said mother was advised by the counselor and said he says things like this all the time and was not worried that her son would self harm and says it to get attention. [EDIT] since it is occurring at home and out of our jurisdiction and to call CPS. RP site 1 was given an incident number.
