Incident details:

** COLD ** RP/ Mother,( Spanish Speaking) advised that daughter was attacked at school yesterday. There is extensive injuries including, but not limited to a possible dislocated arm, aching head and back of neck. Site 1 advised the parent contact DPS due to the injuries.
