THAT SHE RECEIVED A CALL FROM HER GRAND DAUGHTER THAT ATTENDS WEED HIGH SCHOOL. RP STATES [EDIT] WAS CRYING AND SAID SHE IS BEING TREATED BADLY BY HER LEGAL GUARDIAN AND THAT SHE IS BEING THREATENED TO BEING KICKED OUT OF THE HOUSE. RP HAS NO INFORMATION ON THE GUARDIAN ONLY THAT SHE HAS COURT CUSTODY AND IS THE GIRLS AUNT. RP GAVE THE NAME FOR THE JUVENILE AS CONTACTED JUVENILE WHO IS UN HAPPY WITH HER LIVING SITUATION BECAUSE THEY ARE TO STRICT. COUNSELOR AND THE JUVENILE WILL CONTACT THE KLAMATH TRIBE.
