C385 SPOKE WITH AND ADVISED HIM THAT HE WOULD BE ISSUING HIM A CITATION FOR 182(2)(1) PC AND 242(A) PC, CITATION NUMBER 41023 @1415 CAME INTO THE LOBBY AND S284 PROVIDED HIM WITH THE CITATION.
