** COLD ** RP/ Mother is requesting officer contact due to her daughter being jumped in the bathroom today following VM threats. Daughter was "lured" into the bathroom by grader and the fight was "videoed" by other _UNSELECTED_ graders. RP is concerned as this has been an ongoing issue. RP advised that administration handeled the problem last week, but advised RP after today's incident to contact DPS.

RP (MOTHER) REPORTED THAT YESTERDAY HER DAUGHTER WADE WAS HIT IN THE FACE BY A CYCLONE FENCE BY TWO BOYS. ACCORDING TO CHEVELLE ONE OF THE BOYS STATED "LET THE LITTLE WHITE GIRL SUFFOCATE" ONE OF THE BOYS SLAPPED HER BACK IN SEPTEMEBER BY THE NAME OF . RP STATED HER DAUGHTER DID NOT SUSTAIN ANY INJURIES, SHE DID NOT TAKE HER TO THE HOSPITAL. RP RELAYED SITE WAS SHORT STAFFED YESTERDAY AND IS UNHAPPY THAT ADMIN DID NOT SUSPEND THE BOYS, SHE CONTACTED SPD LAST NIGHT. RP STATED SHE WANT TO UNENROLL HER DAUGHTER FROM THE SITE. DUE TO THE AGES AND ADMIN HANDLING RP WAS GIVEN INCIDENT NUMBER FOR REFERECE AND THE NUMBER FOR CONSTITUENT SERVICES FOR ANY COMPLAINTS.

RP/ Site 1 advised there was another incident with music teacher who put his hands on a student there is a video that shows who is trying to keep a student from leaving with his bacpack after student was asked to leave classroom. Another student ran out of class and requested that a substitute help as he was holding on to a student , including grabbing his arm.

** COLD ** RP/Mother advised that today at about 14:15 while walking home from school near the crosswalks at South Fresno and Fort Hall Pl with her son, another student held a knife to his throat. The unkn student then ran away quickly. Rp was with her son, but she bent over to pick up a water bottle that fell out of his backpack and didn't see enough to get a good discription of the student. RP feels they may be RP stated that a similar incident happened yesterday at about the same time. Mom reported it to Site 1 and someone from the office, they advised her to report it to DPS. RP is spanish speaking.

Incident details:

RP/ parent reported an incident from Friday. Her daughter was waiting to be picked up at Burger King when she and her friend UNKN last name were attacked by multiple students as her mother was arriving to pick her up. RP was concerned as there were 30-40 Stagg students in the parking lot near the fast food restaurant. RP states she reported the incident to the school administration but has not yet had a response. RP is keeping daughter home at this time as her daughter is afraid to go to school. Mother is still in shock over the whole situation. RP also stated that she believes the parents of may have made a police report, although RP is unsure to which department. RP advised there is video of the assault, and that raciest comments were made. This report is for informatinal purposes only and the incident number will be emailed to the RP.
