Incident details:

RP/ site 1 advised that student went home and then returned to site. He keeps attempting to jump over fence, knock down items and sneak in when individuals leave the site. RP has contacted foster mother and social worker. Foster mother stated she was ER 30 minutes ago, lives 3 min away. Social worker "wants nothing to do with him". No one else on emergency card. Not causing harm to self or others, just does not want to be at home. Student does not want to wait in office with RP. showed RP bruises, stated that foster mother gave them to him. Social worker was advised, stated that already had the bruises. RP states he will be contacting CPS.

Incident details:

RP called on behalf of site 1 states that student is upset and does not want to go to class. When advd to contact MHC states theirs is not on site today. WHen directed to have a staff member talk to student stated they did that already. advd to let the student calm down and maybe try again or contact foster parents or case worker. Student had prior contact with police today and was located sleeping in the front yard of an abandon house. I advd RP that defiance and truency are DOJ violation and we would not be responding. RP did not know what the DOJ or DOJ agreement was and said she would inform her principal.

Incident details:

** COLD ** RP/Mother advised that today at about 14:15 while walking home from school near the crosswalks at South Fresno and Fort Hall Pl with her son, another student held a knife to his throat. The unkn student then ran away quickly. Rp was with her son, but she bent over to pick up a water bottle that fell out of his backpack and didn't see enough to get a good discription of the student. RP feels they may be RP stated that a similar incident happened yesterday at about the same time. Mom reported it to Site 1 and someone from the office, they advised her to report it to DPS. RP is spanish speaking.

RP NEIGHBOR ADVISED OF 2 DOGS ON CAMPUS. RP ADVSIED THAT EARLIER IN THE DAY THEIR DAUGHTER AND HER FRIEND WERE ATTACKED BY A DOG ON THE WAY HOME. INCIDENT WAS HANDLED BY SPD. RP ADVISED THEY'RE CONCEREND THE DOGS WILL ATTACK SOMEONE AGAIN. RP ADVISED THE DOGS WERE IN THE SCHOOL. NO EXACT LOCATION GIVEN. NO ANIMALS SEEN ON CAMERA. POSSIBLE STAFF ON SITE. CONTACTED ANIMAL CONTROL AND THEY WERE AWARE BUT DID NOT KNOW IF THEY COULD GET ANYONE OUT THERE AT THE TIME.
