RP requested I speak with a student regarding a phishing scam they had been baited into over lnstagram. The student was added by an unknown person and asked if he wanted to exchange photos. The unknown person sent nude photos first and he sent nude photos back. The unknown person then asked for gift cards or they would spread the photos on the internet. I explained lo the student this is a very common scam tactic that people use (generally in other countries) to have victims send money.

RP IS THE PRINCIPAL AT ZANE MS REPORTING THAT A PARENT OF A 7TH GRADE STUDENT LOCATED POR ON THEIR CHILDS PHONE AND PASSED THE VIDEO TO ZANE MS STAFF. THE VIDEO APPEARS TO BE OF TWO EHS STUDENTS ENGAGING IN SEXUAL ACTS. EHS STAFF IS TRYING TO IDENTIFY THE STUDENTS. UNKNOWN FURTHER AT THIS TIME.

D29 CHISHOLM C-8 FOR AOD STUDENT REPORTED SOMEONE AIR-DROPPED VIDEO OF TWO STUDENTS INV IN SEXUAL ACT AT SCHOOL. CONT 2 CFS 23-27270

I contacted showed him a picture of a male student sitting on the toilet. photograph resembled him. stated that he thinks it was him because there was a backpack in the photograph that looks like the one he carries. stated that he took a good look at the photograph and stated that he is not sure if it was him in the picture. stated that he does not remember anyone ever taking a picture of him while using the restroom. He further stated that he does not have a copy of the photograph and does not know of anyone still in possession of the photograph. I contacted his motherlll.1111111111! and advised her of the incident and investigation. stated that she would like her son to, "press charges" against whoever took a picture of him using the restroom. On 03/16/23 I received additional information via E-mail from Sparks Middle School stating that she was able to obtain a copy of a photograph of a juvenile sitting on the toilet from an anonymous student on campus. She stated that the juvenile sitting on the toilet resembled (see attached photograph). dllstated that when was investigating and questionin ·n January 2023, he told her that he had heard that a student by the name of took a picture of him using the toilet.- stated that upon her investigation, an anonymous female student stated that she was there when came out of the male restroom stating that he took a photograph of a student inside the restroom stall. She said that sked several students in the area if they wanted to see it. - stated that when she questioned about the photograph, he admitted to taking a photograph of •• inside a restroom stall and airdropping it to other students. On 03/20/23 I re-contacted and showed him the photograph - was able to recover. Upon. showing •alfthe photograph, I asked him if this was the photograph that he had seen airdropped on campus.•1111111118stathteadt it was. When I asked him if that was him in the photograph, he stated that he was not 100 percent sure if it was him. However,••11 stated that he is desirous of prosecution and wo·uldlike to file a private person's arrest (see attached statement of private person's arrest form) against !II I contacted and ts mother present, I read m~ther his Miranda rights per 625 w.i.c. using my department issued (sh-ad-477) card. He stated that he understood his rights and was desirous to speak with me about the in~ident. stated that he was the one who took a photograph of using the restroom. stated that he does not remember when he took the photograph. He stated that he just knows that it was a few months ago. stated that he used his cellphone to take the photograph and did it because he thought it would be, "funny". lated that he then airdropped the photograph, sharing it with whoever was around at the time. Based on the information received, and private person's arrest form, I placed under arrest for penal code section violation 6470)(1):ltC., Disorderly conduct. I issued citation (#012618) and I released him to his mother, I& without further incident. I also issued his mother,.1111111111 a citation (#012619) under W.I.C. 660.5 (e) parent must appear with juvenile in court. I am forwarding this report to the Los Angeles County district attorney's office for review and filing.

The above safety assistant will be investigating and taking a report regarding a male student taking indecent photographs of another male student.

The parent of [redacted] came in to school police to report that his son was in the restroom and a student took a photograph from underneath the stall , then posted on social media and other students began making fun of [redacted] Follow up investigation will be done. STUDENT WAS INVOLVED IN A DV INCIDENT AND HAD A BOYFRIEND WITHOUT THE MOTHERS KNOWLEDGE. MOTHER ADVISED SHE WAS NEVER INFORMED OF WHAT HER DAUGHTER WAS DOING DURING SCHOOL HOURS & LAST INCIDENT OF EX BF HAVING NUDES OF HER ON HIS PHONE WAS NOT REPORTED TO MOTHER. MOTHER WILL LIKE TO MEET WITH ADMIN AND WANTS SRO TO STANDBY.

Crisis hotline called SPD and SPD called DPS regarding [EDIT](not a suicide caller) called for resources. Nude photos are being distribruted around school. Student is no address. RP is Brian hotline operator call back is She only gave first name was brief and didnt know what to do and is distraught. Tried to get mothers info and she disconnected. SPD had no other info

RP/ Site 1 advised there is a male student who has shared video on social media of a female student and is threatening to share video of another. Both are former girlfriends. All three are currently on site. RP has spoke with one victim and is conducting an internal investigation. RP is requesting police contact.
