[redacted] was brought to building A-6 by campus security for suspicion of having a vape/wax pen on her person. [redacted] was searched by a female campus security officer and nothing was located. Campus security used a search wand on [redacted]. The wand beeped when in the area of vaginal area. I spoke with explaining to her she was not in trouble and if she has anything in her vaginal area, and breaks, it could cause her health issues or could be fatal. In the privacy of assistant principal Knox and a female campus security officer, and school nurse; removed a buzz wax pen from her vaginal area. [redacted] old school nurse she want to hurt herself and has attempted to hurt herself in the past. [redacted] has older cuts on her left wrist, and fresh cuts on her right wrist with no blood. School referred incident to school consular and will be contacting CCRT. Wax pen placed into evidence locker number # 9 for destruction at the AVUSD PD.

The following was located on person/inside his property. 1.I Ellbar (vape pen) 2.1 Cookies wax pen 3.1 pre rolled premium cannabis Mojave "blunt" 4.A container with non-burnt green leafy substance known to me as Marijuana. 5.Can of Sabre red pepper spray.
