AT THE OLD GYM STATEMENT 15-year-old. Male. Conscious. Breathing. Chief Complaint: Traumatic Injuries (Specific) Caller Statement: NECK PAIN UNABLE TO MOVE ARM DISPATCH Dispatch Level: 30B0 I (POSSIBLY DANGEROUS body area) Response: Fire and Ambulance Code 3 RESPONSES I. This happened now (less than 6hrs ago). 2. There is no bleeding now. 3. He is completely alert (responding appropriately). 4. The injury is to the neck. 5. I-le is not having diniculty breathing. STATEMENT 15-year-old. Male. Conscious.
