Incident details:
KV Adm - parent Stephanie Stewart regarding her son, UID € She states that he has been placed in a chokehold by UID ery day. This is the result of exchanged vape products, parent discovery of said products and notification of parents by other parents. She says the chokehold issue happens when uns up behind. who never sees him coming. Parent states the chokehold takes ‹ o the point of blacking out. Chokeholds happen at the stairs by 14 and in the bathroom. Parents wish to press charges.
