D31 DOUGHERTY INFO ONLY PER D31 ABOUT 30 AGO THERE WAS A SHOOTING AT THE STARBUCKS ON LERDO HWY/ SO SHAFTER AVE. SHAFTER PD HAD THE JR HIGH ON LOCKOUT, BUT SHAFTER HIGH WAS NOT ADVISED ABOUT THE SHOOTING AND WAS NOT REQUIRED TO GO ON LOCKOUT. THEY HAVE ONE IN CUSTODY. AND THE JR HIGH LOCKOUT HAS BEEN LIFTED. SHAFTER HIGH SCHOOL DID NOT HAVE A LOCKOUT. SERVERAL PARENTS ARE CALLING CONCERNED.
