Incident details:

The above school site contacted school police to advise that the above name student passed out was taken to the nurse to be evaluated. The student's grandmother arrived on scene and it was later discovered that the student was in possession of a vape pen and a pre rolled marijuana cigarette. The student was taken home by his grandmother. An incident report will be taken by the above safety assistant.
