STATED . THREATENED TO SHOOT // ASKED FOR CHIEF TO MEET ON THE EAST SIDE OF 8TH STREET AND GO TO THE GUITAR CLASS FROM THERE. Norby removed Correa from classrom and we wnt to Budmark's office. said he was in the bathroom when another student said talking abour , implying that was saying negative things about started a text exchange with resulted in sending a photograph of a hand with the middle finger extended. later sent a text message asking if as going to shoot him. denied making any threats to When asked if we could view the text messages aid he had blocked : which deleted all of their text messages. told a similar story and admitted he was the one who texted about shooting. ; also said their texts were deleted when blocked him. also said he was told today by s girlfriend, , that ad stated he was going to shoot We questioned who denied that ever made any threats toward After determining there was no evidence of any threats we brought und back to Budmark's office and explained the circumstances. It appeared code 4 when I left.
