stu suspended but at school today. mom refusing to pick up the student. mom stated she doesn't want the stud to even come home anymore. mom stated to call pd and cps she will talk to them. staff contact dad .. dad stated mom will not allow him to pick up stud. dad is going back to court to attempt to get custody of the child. staff reqd 10-21 on how to deal w/ this situation. staff will make cps report,
