REFEREGE STUDENT ALLEDGE THAT SAID HE WAS GOING TO RAPE ANOTHER STUDENT STAFF SPOKE WITH STUDENT AND DOES NOT FEEL LIKE UNDERSTOOD WHAT HE WAS SAYING AND WHAT RAPE MEANT AFTER STAFF SPOKE WITH HIM. STAFF SPOKE WITH AND SAID HAD NO IDEA WHAT WAS GOING ON. STAFF DOES NOT BELIEVE SAID THIS AND WAS ADVISED BY DISTRICT TO HAVE AN OFFICER TO ASSIST
