Incident details:

RP CALLED 95P7 AT APPROX 0600 HRS, TO ADV OF INC BETWEEN HE AND HIS WIFE - 95P7 WILL ENTER DISPO - I contacted RP at granite and he advised me that he and his wife were in a verbal argument last night and she began to physically assault him. RP stated he did not hit her, just told her to leave him alone. RP stated she told him she was going to call his job and try and get him fired and make accusations that he was mentally unstable and wanted to hurt himself. RP stated this morning while driving on bear valley on his way to work, he ran over roadway debris, and believed he messed up the undercarriage of his vehicle. RP stated he called his wife, but all attempts went to voicemail and believes she blocked him because she doesnt want to talk to him. RP stated he called his daughter and told her that he ran something over and possibly messed up the car and just to let her know that he was okay. RP then stated he believes his daughter mixed up the story and made her think he was trying to hurt himself. RP stated she contacted the Sheriffs department for a welfare check on: RP and told dispatch he wanted to harm himself. RP stated a deputy contacted him via 21 and asked what happened and if he wanted to harm himself. JC told the deputy he was fine. Leval'd RP at this time; he did not meet the requirements for 5150 and stated he does not want to harm himself, just believes his wife is trying to make things up to get him in trouble at work. I contacted SBSO dispatch to verfiy there was a call for serice this morning. Spoke to Victoria, she stated she called SBSO at 0555 hours for a welfare check on JC. I advised Granite 1, 95SI and 95C of the incident.
