HE SPEAKS TO OFFICER, FATHER IS UPSET REF A FIGHT THAT HAPPENED & WANTS TO PRESS CHARGES, PARENT IS STUDENT IS [redacted] - INITIALLY THE RP SON WAS DISHONEST. AND ADV'D HE DIDN'T HIT OTHER STUDENT BACK, 9581 REVIEWED VIDEO AND OBSERVED MUTAL FIGHT. AFTER EXPLAINING CIRCUMSTANCE TO PARENTS NO CHARGES ON EITHER SIDE ARE DESIRED - NEG VISIBLE INJ TO EITHER STUDENT - PER 95S1.
