Incident details:

Yesterday at about 1640hrs. I received a 21 from Marcos Clark regarding student. possiblity in possession of "inappropriate pictures" on his phone and they confiscated the phone for law enforcement. On arrival they handed me the phone. I asked the student if he had an inappropriate pictures. He said "no .. I deleted them a long time ago". He unlocked his phone and handed it to me. No pictures were found. I counseled the student in the presence of his mother. Apparently a teacher heard a female student talking another student and she mentioned that she had inappropriate pictures of male student That female student was already home on my arrival. So they may call for us to verify her phone for pc311. But I'm sure that the male student called the female student to warn her to delete the pictures.
