RP/ Site 2 advised parent parked across the entrance to the teachers lot and left the vehicle. Staff was unable to enter lot for 15 minutes. This is also the area where a crosswalk is for students. A student was almost hit due to the traffic backup at this point. Requesting officer for traffic enforcement. Start of school is 08:10, requesting officer at 07:45 drop off time
