RP IS MOTHER SPANISH SPEAKING ONLY. THE DAUGHTER EXPLAINED THAT THEY WERE THERE FOR A MEETING WITH COUNSLER TO CHANGE OVER TO INDEPENDENT STUDIES. RIGHT BEFORE AT 830 ANOTHER PARENT STARTED MAKING THREATS REGARDING BROTHER. MOTHER CALLED SPD, THEY REFERRED HER TO DPS. SHE WANTS INFORMATION AND DOESNT KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON. THE STAFF INVOLVED AT MR. COBB AND MS ALGADO. PARENT AND STUDENT ARE HOME. MAKE INITIAL CONTACT VIA PHONE
