THE LETTER READ "SORRY WILL HARDLY BE IN YOUR ROOM BECAUSE I FEEL MISERABLE, HOPELESS, HELPLESS AND ONE MORE THING BAD BECAUSE YOU WILL PROBABLY REPORT WHAT I SAY FOR THE LAST HALF I HAVE BEEN FEELING KMS (KILLING MY SELF) FOR MONTHS AND IT HITTING ME THE MOST. SORRY IF YOU SEE ME CRY I AM SORRY I HAVE BEEN HOLDING IT IN TOO LONG. I HAVE BEEN STRONG FOR TOO LONG." FOSTER MOM UNABLE TO BE REACHED BY RP, STU IS NO LONGER 987 DUE TO EARLY RELEASE.
