RP REPORTED STUDENTS SAID STU BROUGHT A CONFIRMED TOY GUN TO SCHOOL. RP WISHED FOR US TO RESPOND AND SPEAK WITH STU, I CONFIRMED WITH SUPERVISORS AND THIS WOULD NOT CONSTITUTE POLICE RESPONSE. RP GIVEN INCIDENT NUMBER. ADMIN WILL BE CONTACTING PARENTS AFTER WE DISCONNECTED. HE MADE CONTACT WITH THE INITIAL RP STUDENTS PARENTS TO ADVISE IT WAS A TOY GUN.

Incident details:
RP is AP reporting that told he is going to bring his moms gun to school later today. He mentioned he has found gun in brothers room before and mother took the gun. Parent mom is jennifer acosta and parent dad jose rodriguez said a student gave him an insult and told him he was cringe.He has been supervised in the office and AP will be contacting parents. Student is heard in the background crying saying he was sorry and didnt mean it.
