Incident details:

** COLD ** RP/ Parent called due to fact that her daughter has been getting into confrontations with student in her class Pencils have been thrown, bullying has been happening. Recently the other student ripped her daughters hair out. RP has talked to both Admin and student's parent but feels nothing is being resolved. Admin is handling, but RP feels that nothing is changing and wanted to press charges. RP was advised of AB 439. It was confirmed with S1 that it needs to be handled administratively due to the age of the students. Constituent services number provided. This is for informational purposes.
