Incident details:

SO Dispatch advised they had a call from a Hamilton parent involving criminal threats via cell phone- high school students were sending information to the phone that they would be at Hamilton at end of school 15:20. Daughter has been having issues with a student, the school has an action plan to have the fighting students dismissed at opposite sides of the school.Friday there was an incident invoving both parties. Adults and high school students are threating to arrive at site and fight son. Parent has been unable to reach site via phone. Mother is leaving from job to make sure students arrive home safely.

** COLD ** RP/ Parent called due to fact that her daughter has been getting into confrontations with student in her class Pencils have been thrown, bullying has been happening. Recently the other student ripped her daughters hair out. RP has talked to both Admin and student's parent but feels nothing is being resolved. Admin is handling, but RP feels that nothing is changing and wanted to press charges. RP was advised of AB 439. It was confirmed with S1 that it needs to be handled administratively due to the age of the students. Constituent services number provided. This is for informational purposes.

RP is at Hamilton reporting an irrate parent. Parent came in called site 1 a bunch of names, wanted to drop kids off inside at 8am when gates dont open till 830am. Hes harassed a teacher before and got in teachers face Mrs White and site 1. Kids are new to the school. dropped off at 8am and kids let in at 835.

RP stated that her child has been coming home daily with injuries and although it has been handled administratively nothing is changing. RP also stated that the other family has refused mediation. RP would like a contact from an officer to discuss her options as both the administration and the district have had multiple calls from the RP but the behavior on the part of the other student is unchanging.
