Incident details:

RP/ Site 1 called to inquire procedure when a student is consistantly "wandering" off campus between classes. RP advised that student is not being followed by staff as they are unaware student has left campus until after the fact. RP stated that he had attempted to contact the parent but was unable to do so. RP did make contact with the grandmother. S1 advised that due to the age of the student this should be handeled administrativly, and that CWA could be contacted. If the parent wished they could contact DPS. RP was advised. This is an informational report only
