Incident details:

Parent states her son 100.00 dollar Red Bate hoodie was stolen by a class mate named yesterday and the mother wants to press charges. She was told due to the students being _UNSELECTED_ years old we could not press charges but an officer could speak with her. Mrs. Mata was also asked to call parents to have the sweatshirt returned. Mrs. Mata left a message for the parents to return the hoodie. Parent would like a report
