** COLD ** RP/ grandmother of a Stagg student called stating that her grandchild had stolen items from another student and requested that an officer come by and pick up the items so that the other student would have them for school tomorrow. Per J2 via 620 the grandmother could take the items to the school tomorrow morning. The grandmother aquiesed. J2 was phoned with this update.

SHE RETURNED THE FOLLOWING MORNING AND THE LAPTOP BOX SHE HAD OPENED WAS MISSING. SHE ALSO STATED THE LATCH TO THE ROOM WAS BROKEN AND WOULD NOT CLOSE OR LOCK. APX LOSS OF $2,461.90.
