Incident details:

RP called per site 1 regarding a staff member possibly under the influence. Staff member is after school program facilitator and is currently in the cafeteria where the after school program is held. Site 1 noticed the smell of alcohol on their breath approx 15:30. Had other staff members report they also noticed the smell while talking to the staff member. RP wishes to remain anonymous
