Incident details:
RP/School Counslor advised that student stated they had taken a bunch of chemicals last night. Student had advised mother, who still sent student to school. Parent was on site to pick up student. RP & mental health clinician stated they have assessed the student in the past. RP advised they would be making a call to CPS, and that the parent, who is spanish speaking only, was advised they should take the student to either 1212 California Childrens services or to a hospital.
