*COLD OCC'D 01/23/23* RP (MOTHER SPANISH SPEAKING ONLY) REPORTED HER SON , WAS INVOLVED IN A FIGHT AT SCHOOL WITH STU THAT WAS NOT MUTUAL. HER SON TRIED TO STAY BACK FROM THE OTHER PARTY. THIS WAS HANDLED BY ADMIN. RP THEN REPORTED AT 1506 HOURS HER SON RECEIVED MESSAGES FROM INSTAGRAM USERNAME STATING "WATCH YOUR BACK" P*SSY" "I AM GOING TO KILL YOU" "MEET ME AND MY HOMIES IN THE BACK TOMORROW". RP REPORTED STU DOES NOT FEEL SAFE AND HAS NOT ATTENDED FOR THE PAST 2 DAYS. THEY HAVE THE MESSAGES AND JUST REPORTED THIS INCIDENT TO THE SITE. MOTHER WILL BE AT THE RESIDENCE W/ HER SON AND REQUESTS A 914 PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. OTHER PARTY ATTENDS AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM AND SITE 1 WILL BE ON SITE UNTIL 1630 HOURS.

** COLD ** RP/ Mother is requesting officer contact due to her daughter being jumped in the bathroom today following VM threats. Daughter was "lured" into the bathroom by grader and the fight was "videoed" by other _UNSELECTED_ graders. RP is concerned as this has been an ongoing issue. RP advised that administration handeled the problem last week, but advised RP after today's incident to contact DPS.

Incident details:

RP/School Counslor advised that student stated they had taken a bunch of chemicals last night. Student had advised mother, who still sent student to school. Parent was on site to pick up student. RP & mental health clinician stated they have assessed the student in the past. RP advised they would be making a call to CPS, and that the parent, who is spanish speaking only, was advised they should take the student to either 1212 California Childrens services or to a hospital.
