Incident details:

RP/ site 1 is requesting traffic enforcement for end of school due to usual pick-up spot (fire lane) being flooded. Buses are temporarily parking up at front of school, adding to traffic issues. Parents are not allowing buses to park near the sidewalk for special needs students.
