Incident details:

RP/ Site 1 advised that during a verbal altercation student became upset with another student and stated "I wish I had a gun, I will kill you". RP advised that he was investigating the incident and per there is no gun at his mothers (where he resides) or his fathers (he sometimes visits). His grandfather may have an air soft. RP was unable to make contact with parents due to "the number being unavailable" and he was going down the emergency list to make contact with someone. RP stated that was able to answer all questions clearly and had explained that he was frustrated as the other student was making fun of him and his family. RP believed that the threat was not serious. Per S1 the RP is following the DOJ guidelines and it does not appear to be necessary to send an officer. RP was advised.

COLD 422 .... STUDENTS MADE GUN THREAT AT WILSON TOWARDS A GRADER GOING TO BRING GUN TO SCHOOL AND FIGHT HER. GIRLS MADE HAND GESTURE OF CUTTING THROAT. ADMIN AWARE AND SPOKE WITH KIDS AND THREATS CAME AFTERWARDS. MOM WILL BE KEEPING DAUGHTER GRANDDAUGHTER HOME TOMORROW. IS RP AND GRANDMOTHER GUARDIAN IS VICTIM STUDENT UNKNOWN SUSPECT STUDENTS IS WITH AT HOME
