RP/Custodian advised that he had set alarm, then was radioed by Site 1 who was still in building. RP coded back in, then when he attempted to code out again alarm would not arm. RP tried "away", "3" and his own code in various combinations with no success. Dispatch confirmed site is still showing as open. No code out needed. Site is otherwise secured.
