Bullying by Teacher — Rio Calaveras Elementary School

Incident details:

RP/ Parent advised that her daughter had been part of a group that was bullied by a teacher at school. RP followed the steps and reported it to Site 1, constitunate services. And investigation was performed in mid Feburary and daughter was removed from class. Teacher was instructed not to engage student unless it was for academic reasons. RP reports that the teacher is now making threats to the other students, stating that her daughters or brothers will "come and take care of it". RP is concerned about the threats and that the teacher is acting unprofessional, and is unsure where to turn to next regarding the situation. Teacher has also approached and started conversations with other students while her daughter is present. Parent is not sure where to turn next for the unprofessional behavior of the teacher and requested an informational CAD number.
