Sycamore Rocks Elementary School 5th grade teacher Esmerelda Taruca, called reguarding INC (2305080015), on 05/08/2023. Taruca states she called San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department to file a report. Per Taruca, the deputy assigned to the call is: requesting any video footage showing R/O party on property when initial call with AVUSD PD came out. Deputy assigned to the call is Dep Gudino, contact number 909/647/8801. - AD of the call and advised if deputy calls station or anyone requesting video, to have them contact risk management. Also per 95C, it was determined it was the mother in-law who was driving the vehicle described to AVUSD PD and contact was made.

Mother was allotted to visit with juy in the front office break room while officers monitored. Juve went back to class and mother left school without incident.
